A recipe for
Wheat pancakes

Made from flower flour, also called wheat flour, this recipe is traditionally used for sweet pancakes. Ideal at snack time, at breakfast or as a dessert, wheat pancakes go well with fruit, jams, ice cream, flambé and above all accompanied by oursalted butter caramels.

IThe dehydrated mixture without preservative and without flavor enhancer is simply prepared with cold water by mixing everything vigorously with a whisk. Be very specific about the amount of water prescribed. Ready to be tasted without waiting!

 

  The wheat crepe should be cooked on one side only for about 1 minute on a crepe maker, a frying pan or a crepe party at a temperature of about 180 C°. Lightly grease your appliance with paper towel and butter before each pancake because our recipe does not contain fat.

Spread the crepe as thinly as possible and wait until the dough becomes very dry on the visual side. About 1 minute of cooking.

Without turning the crepe, fold it on a plate, presenting the cooking side which will be golden brown.

Garnish the pancake according to your taste.

Ideal as a main course, buckwheat pancakes go well with all the ingredients, according to your food preferences and your imagination. Buckwheat pancakes taste crispy.

After 3 to 4 minutes of cooking the galette will be ready. The cooking side should be crispy. Fold in the edges and slide the galette onto a plate.

A recipe forWaffles & Pancakes

A two-in-one mixture that allows you to make, according to your wishes, waffles using a waffle iron or pancakes using a pan. Ideal at snack time, at breakfast or as a dessert, waffles and pancakes go perfectly with oursalted butter caramels.

 

The dehydrated mixture without preservative and without flavor enhancer is simply prepared with cold water by mixing everything vigorously with a whisk. Be very specific about the amount of water prescribed. Ready to be tasted without waiting!

 

The wafflemust be cooked in a waffle iron for about 3 minutes at a temperature of about 180 C°. Lightly grease your device with a kitchen brush and butter before each waffle because our recipe does not contain fat.

 

Pour the batter into the waffle iron and, if your appliance allows it, invert it directly.

 

Cook for about 2 minutes and turn the waffle maker over again and cook for about 1 more minute. Place the waffle on a plate and garnish it according to your taste.

 

The pancakemust be cooked on a pan for about 2 minutes at a temperature of about 180 C°. Lightly grease your pan with paper towel and butter because our recipe does not contain fat.

 

Pour the batter into the pan and cook the pancake for about 1 minute without spreading the batter.

 

Flip the pancake and cook the other side for about 1 more minute. Place the pancake on a plate and garnish it as desired.
